Important Notice Regarding OFAC Sanctions and Business Continuity

Due to our past supply of high-end UAV components to Europ customer, a company based in Latvia and owned by the United States that specializes in providing various drones to NATO, we have been erroneously listed on the OFAC sanctions list by the U.S. Department of the Treasury at June 17, 2024. This action appears to be part of a broader initiative by the U.S. to curtail the capabilities of advanced manufacturing companies in China amid escalating conflicts with the Houthi forces in Yemen.

We would like to formally state that Ningbo Beilun Saige Machine Co., Ltd. has never engaged in any business transactions with any companies or citizens in Yemen. More importantly, we have never supplied any UAV parts or equipment to the Houthi armed forces in Yemen.

Given this context, we are actively coordinating with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to have our company removed from the sanctions list. We are confident that our full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations will support our case for removal.
